Project Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage project tracking logs for contacts, material orders, selections and appointments
- Approve material purchases with suppliers
- Schedule appointments, walk-throughs and meetings with clients
- Complete work orders, change orders and respond to requests for information
- Complete project close out documentations
- Participates in meetings with project team and clients
- Prepares and distributes accurate meeting notes
- Monitor warranty submissions for review, create work orders and manage completion
- Other duties as assigned
**Your qualifications**
- Education/training in business or construction
- Minimum 2 years of experience with administrative and customer service functions
- Prior experience in a design or construction setting is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ex. Word and Excel
- Some experience using Google Drive or web based software is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision under deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of an organization
- Access to reliable transportation due to no access to public transportation
Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
