The OptiCare Training Centre is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Project Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Project Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure effective workflow management
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry

In addition to your administrative expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong time management capabilities. If you have experience in project management and accounting, that would be a definite asset.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or certificate from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience in Quick Books, MS Excel, and Google Drive

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with adaptability and integrity is a must.

Working Conditions

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week. The OptiCare Training Centre values work-life balance and offers a supportive environment.
