**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and challenges to develop strategic plans.
- Work closely with media planners, buyers, and digital teams to drive successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions addressing client challenges and goals.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners, and addressing any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business goals, leading planning sessions and meetings, and staying abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Organize and oversee internal meetings associated with the assigned account(s).
- Coordinate and execute events and projects for client-related initiatives.
- Communicate and assign all deliverables with deadlines to appropriate team members.
- Prepare account documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, presentations, and other client communications.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure project completion on time and accurately.
- Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services, and strategic communication plans.
- Attentively cater to client needs and continually seek ways to strengthen client-agency relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.
- 5 years of experience in account management or client services roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
