Our platform, apps and turnkey ecommerce stores enable our clients to sell automotive parts online using Shopify and BigCommerce. Most sales are done via drop shipping, so we help them get their store online and connect to their preferred distributors and manufacturers. Stock levels, pricing, images, fitment details, and other data is kept up to date for them with our apps.

We have been growing fast - and are looking to expand our team again We need an experienced, full-time customer support agent and client onboarder. Our office is located in Edmonton and we would like to hire locally - but most of the time you will be working from home.

**Client Onboarding and Customer Support Specialist**

**Data Here-to-There is looking for an excellent Client Onboarder**

- Understanding of ecommerce and how dropshipping works is a plus
- Ability to understand technical questions and communicate clearly
- Some knowledge of/experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
- A patient, professional, and positive attitude
- Managing the onboarding of new client webstores based on company templates and with data driven by our automotive apps
- Working with the technical, support and management teams at Data Here-to-There to keep our customers happy and continually grow our business
- Managing work flow based on priorities as set by management and support team
- Communicating case status, providing timely notification of issues, and providing recommendations for resolution
- Providing Tier 1 support to internal and external clients
- Contributing to quality assurance and user testing of our new apps
- Providing input to enhance the UI/UX of our apps and demo automotive stores

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
