Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Softworks Group. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. You will be responsible for developing expert-level skills in our core product, AlinityTM, and delivering training sessions to customers using webinars and one-on-one online training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Expert-Level Skills: Develop and maintain expert-level skills in AlinityTM, our core product.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions to customers using webinars and one-on-one online training.
- Collaborate with Technical Writer: Work with our technical writer to create and refine training resources.
- Manage Training Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of the training process and coordinate with the technical team lead to provide clients with an exceptional end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience.
- Develop Training Scenarios: Apply your business acumen to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and develop training scenarios that closely match customer scenarios.
- Identify Functional Gaps: Work with the technical team to identify gaps in functionality that may need to be addressed through customization of the product.
- Provide Supplemental Training: Support customers after the onboarding process with supplemental training as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications, databases, and related technologies.
- Regulatory Experience: Experience in any regulatory field would be a plus.
