**Part-Time Office Assistant Job Posting**

Struthers, Udeagha & Associates is a Private Wealth Management practice within IG Wealth Management. With 22+ years of experience, our team assists families with financial planning in retirement, tax, insurance, investments, loans, and estates.

The Office Assistant will support our team members by performing a broad range of administrative duties. This role reports to the Executive Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Office supply maintenance
- Equipment tracking
- Data entry support
- Team Meeting agendas and minutes
- File Management (digital and hard) based on office protocol
- Document preparation and room set-up for client meetings
- Completion and submission of forms to update client information
- Manage client onboarding and offboarding checklists and tasks
- Support Tax Assistant when needed
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Great work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Wage**:
$15.65/hr - $19.00/hr depending on education and experience
