**Overview**:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and lifeguarding course management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Coordination**: Schedule and book pool space for various training sessions, organize private and co-teaching courses, and post course availability on both the LGA and LSS websites.
- **Registration and Documentation**: Manage manual registrations for Academy Guarantee and rescheduling, process refunds, and maintain accurate records of course attendance and prerequisites.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct prerequisite checks for students, process instructor test sheets, and submit them to LSS. Ensure that feedback forms are sent to unsuccessful students and update attendance records accordingly.
- **Equipment and Merchandise Management**: Oversee the maintenance of training equipment, manage inventory of manuals and merchandise, including reordering and designing new merchandise.
- **Logistical Support**: Arrange drop-off times for rental manuals, ensure availability of manuals at each location, and handle any issues related to damaged or missing materials.
- **Project Involvement**: Participate in special projects aimed at improving program delivery and operational efficiency. This could include developing new training modules, enhancing customer service protocols, or implementing new technology solutions.
- **Operational Improvements**: Proactively identify and propose enhancements to internal processes that could increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably in an educational, training setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and comfort with online registration systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for swimming, safety, and education is a plus.
- One of the following Instructor certifications: Lifesaving Instructor, National Lifeguard Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Examiner status is an asset
