Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and security personnel using various telecommunications systems.
- Receive and respond to client calls, dispatching security personnel to specific sites as needed.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Interact with law enforcement, fire department, and emergency medical services to ensure seamless coordination.
- Manage hospital-wide emergency dispatching and overhead announcements.
- Update security staff schedules as needed and fill shifts as vacancies arise.
Requirements:
- Previous security experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
