Luxia connaît une phase de croissance et le poste aux ressources humaines décrit ci-dessous est une nouvelle création. Avec une acquisition prévue pour avril 2024, Luxia passera d'une équipe de 40 employés répartis sur 2 sites à une équipe de plus de 90 employés répartis sur 4 sites, incluant un site aux États-Unis.

**Description du poste**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien RH aux directeurs dans les différentes usines/plan.
- Planification des besoins de main-d'œuvre
- Profil des qualifications, compétences & description de postes
- Modèle d'offre d'emploi, Grille de sélection et Grille d'entrevue
- Affichage de poste, Entrevue et recrutement
- Test psychométrique
- Création de lettres d'embauche
- Création de contrats de travail
- Utiliser le système ERP (Entreprise Ressources Planning) pour la saisie des données RH.
- Gérer les KPI, le taux d'absentéisme, et développer des stratégies pour maintenir un environnement de travail productif.
- Favoriser l'inclusion au travail et renforcer notre position en tant qu'employeur promouvant l'égalité des chances.
- Renforcer la marque employeur en dirigeant le marketing du recrutement.
- Développer des politiques RH universels pour toutes les filiales.
- Veiller à ce que la documentation RH soit conforme à la norme AS9100D ainsi qu'à la mission et aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

**Exigences**:

- Maintiens du manuel d’employé
- Création des procédures et d'outils d'accueil et d'intégration
- Création de la procédure et des outils de mesure disciplinaire
- Création de documentation relative aux ressources humaines (lettre de fin d'emploi, procédure de harcèlement, normes du travail, mutation, rétrogradation, promotion. Etc.)
- Création d'une grille d'évaluation et d'auto-évaluation
- Établir les rôles et responsabilités des postes clés
- Expérience de la planification stratégique.
- Connaissance approfondie de la fonction RH.
- Expérience pratique des logiciels de gestion des ressources humaines.
- Bonne connaissance du droit du travail.
- Excellent sens de la communication et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Étude dans le domaine des Ressources humaines.

**Salaire et avantages sociaux**:
