**Responsibilities**
- Greet all visitors entering the front door: clients, vendors, staff, visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Answer caller questions when able, and forward to appropriate staff member when not able
- Assist in Sales and Admin Tasks
- Assisting in sales specific tasks including quoting and customer follow-ups
- Assisting sales in organizing their schedules
- Additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Creative problem solver
- Completion of Highschool
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Data entry - 50wpm an asset
- Working knowledge of Office 365 Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Fast learner eager to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Team player; positive, reliable; organized; ability to multitask
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of distractions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
