Fleet Admin Assistant

Hospital Transfers is the leading provider of non-emergency, patient transfers for medically stable patients throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Using our specially equipped fleet of vehicles, our crews transfers patients via wheelchair and stretcher throughout the healthcare system.
Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive, team player to join us as a full time Fleet Assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain vehicle service schedule
- Maintain up to date vehicle location information within Intime
- Reach out to crews as they submit issues.Answer calls from drivers with vehicle concerns
- Follow up with service centers for vehicle repair timelines
- Check vehicle transaction information for any errors
- Create vehicle swap dockets.
- Ensure vehicle moves completed each day.
- Maintain up to date equipment inventory.
- Ensure vehicle tracking information is up to date.
- Report to ICBC any accidents.
- Assign crews to come for vehicle fixes throughout the day.
- Maintain equipment inspection reports following up with crews and ensuring compliance
- Record invoicing from service shops
**Requirements**:
- BC issued Class 5 Driver's Licence
- A clean Driver's Abstract
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Great organizational and time management skills
