A leading Strata Management Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can prepare forms for the realtors and notaries. On site training will be provided.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting Property Manager;
- Client Services;
- Document production & distribution (Form B & Form F for the lawyers/notaries/realtors)
- Tracking and logging information;
- Utilizing a variety of computer and web-based programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting software;
- Photocopy/Data Entry;
- Other administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a large volume, fast-paced environment
*do what it takes" attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment
- Proven efficiency in Excel and word
- Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience not required, but definitely an asset.
There is an opportunity for advancement to become Strata Manager.
