**What will you do?**
- Cultivate and nurture relationships to drive sales and retention - with the ability to pull in quick wins to meet established goals and targets
- Able to build a personalized plan to meet the specific needs of each client
- Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target markets
- Attend networking events and conduct in person meetings to generate and close leads
- Assist with marketing and placing commercial policies

**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in sales and delivering client solutions
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent at generating new customer pipelines
- Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills
- Must be comfortable and confident with virtual world sales in addition to in-person sales
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Persistent and results oriented
- Experience with a variety of social media outlets i.e., LinkedIn
