**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Concierge/Admin Assistant**, you will:

- **Customer Greeting & Engagement**: Greet and welcome customers upon entry to the dealership, ensuring they feel valued and at ease as they begin their visit.
- **Traffic Management**: Efficiently manage the flow of customers between departments, ensuring they are quickly connected to the appropriate team member (Sales Consultant, Service, Parts, etc.).
- **Up System Management**: Assist in managing the Up system alongside Sales Consultants, helping to ensure the timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and appointments.
- **Customer Lounge & Coffee Station Management**: Oversee and maintain the customer coffee station and lounge area, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting space for visitors to relax.
- **Prospect Information Entry**: Accurately enter prospect management information into our IDS system, helping to maintain up-to-date records and follow-ups.
- **Traffic Logs & Reporting**: Update daily traffic logs on a weekly basis, keeping an organized record of customer visits, inquiries, and other related metrics.
- **General Cleanliness & Organization**: Maintain a tidy and organized Adventure Experience Coordinator podium and surrounding areas, ensuring the dealership remains welcoming and professional.
- **Additional Duties**: Assist with any other tasks as directed by the Senior Sales Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dealership.

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, especially within hospitality (hotels, restaurants) or automotive/retail industries, is a plus.
