We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to temporarily join us as a Admin. The Hatchery Administrator provides crucial support to the Hatchery Division by managing various reports, including invoicing and administration tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data from flock sheets.
- Manage farm invoicing and generate delivery slips.
- Develop and maintain various hatchery reports.
- Assist with egg inventory management.
- Create and update flock summaries.
- Coordinate ferry bookings.
- Provide support for Redzone and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
