Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and manage any changes
- Maintain organized schedules for multiple team members
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service during appointment booking
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficiency with computers
- Communication skills with customers and the team
- Ablility to multi task and prioritize scheduling
- Strong administrative skills, including typing and clerical duties
- Energetic and willingness to problem solve
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy in scheduling details
