We are currently looking for a **FULL-TIME** Clinic Admin for our **Abbotsford location.** If you enjoy working in a team environment and have exceptional communication and organizational skills, then keep on reading. We are looking for someone is who is versatile and provides personable customer interactions that will make our clients feel at ease. As an Admin you will be responsible for the following:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments via the JaneApp
- Collecting Payments/ billing third party Extended Health
- Handling client questions or concerns
- Providing a knowledgeable, professional and friendly experience for all clients
- Cleaning and sanitization of the clinic
- Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client records
- Other administrative and front desk duties as needed

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Knowledge of Jane App is an asset

**Language**:

- English: Mandatory

**Experience**:

- Administrative/Receptionist: 1 Year (Asset)
- Customer Service: 1 Year (preferred)
- MOA Diploma (preferred)

Compensation: Hourly compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, and transferable skills.
