**Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include**:
- Accurately inputting and coding bills, credit card receipts and expenditures, and other accounts payable related duties
- Accurately receiving payments, making bank deposits, and other accounts receivable duties
- Ensuring office phone calls and mail/shipments are directed to the appropriate parties
- Supporting engineers with paperwork, including expense reports, receipt processing, etc.
- Ordering and organizing office and project materials and supplies
- Assisting the HR/Finance Manager with business and office activities as required
**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is required
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Previous experience in accounts payables and receivables is an asset
