Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Reception Clerk to join our team at Organic Nails & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process information, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and communicate with clients and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Ordering and Scheduling: Order office supplies and schedule appointments as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and office activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
