**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the development and execution of a strategic plan to cultivate and secure partnerships with prominent retail stores and influential brands, bolstering Pear Compression's position as a leader in the industry. Includes attending tradeshows, pop-ups, events, and more.
- Forge lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the retail industry, positioning Pear Compression as the go-to brand for compression wear that combines performance and style.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create customized partnership proposals that highlight Pear Compression's unique blend of advanced compression technology, fashion-forward aesthetics, and exceptional quality.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging the strength of the Pear Compression brand to secure prime retail placement and drive sales, ensuring widespread availability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify partnership opportunities and maintain our competitive edge, continuously adapting and refining our partnership strategies.
- Oversee the entire partnership process, from initial contact and negotiations to contract signing and ongoing relationship management, ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial collaboration.
- Analyze partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to inform decision-making and optimize future partnership initiatives.
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop impactful co-marketing campaigns and activations that amplify the Pear Compression brand and engage our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in retail business development, brand partnerships, or sales roles within the fashion industry (preferred)
- Well-established network of industry contacts is highly desirable, facilitating meaningful connections and partnership opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively convey Pear Compression's commitment to exceptional compression wear.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to changing market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the retail landscape, including knowledge of emerging trends and industry best practices.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
