**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our services. Your duties will include but not limited to:

- **Help Arrange Training Workshops**: Coordinate and help organize training workshops for agents and staff.
- **Maintain Files and Documentation**: Ensure all files and documentation are up-to-date and properly maintained on Google Drive.
- **Facilitate Mortgage Funding/Renewal/Payout**: Manage the process of funding, renewals, and payouts to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- **Power of Sale Administration**: Oversee the administration of Power of Sale processes, including site visits and taking possession of properties, etc.

**Required Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- **Basic real estate Knowledge**: Understanding of basic principles and industry practices.
- **Office Suite/Zoom/DocuSign/Google Drive**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, DocuSign, and Google Drive for daily tasks and documentation management.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets and use advanced functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
