Job Overview:
As a Front Desk/Admin Assistant for our Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the firm and its services.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.30-$26.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
