We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As the Virtual Accounting Clerk manages financial transactions, we are looking for someone to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records through meticulous reconciliations and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with the Virtual Accounting Clerk to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Knowledge of financial reconciliations and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software [QB].
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
