**HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

**Overview**:Our client in SE Edmonton is seeking a Corporate Support Administrator. This rolereports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for document control, contract management and commercial project requirements. This includes commercial operations support, office administration and marketing.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Primary responsibilities**:

- Contribute as part of a cross-functional commercial team in the planning and support of commercial and private property customer acquisitions.
- Support transition activities with key business partners.
- Assist with the marketing activities and initiatives.
- Update and coordinate all SharePoint sites coordination of key documents.
- Support and assist the commercial team throughout the full cycle of key customer acquisitions.
- Assist in the tracking, reporting and communications in order to secure these key customers as identified by the internal team and key stakeholders.
- Liaise with the internal team and the project management teams to ensure that various company documents are obtained in a timely manner and electronically filed/stored appropriately.
- Document control and contract management for the internal team. (Contract Works)
- Manage the communication updates on the company’s website, LinkedIn, Twitter and other media platforms.
- Coordinates with IT any requirements of the team (laptops, System set-up, etc.)
- Manage the various office administrative tasks for the internal team, including ordering office supplies, tracking office assets. etc.
- Monitor and assist in various marketing tasks and corporate events to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

**Additional Tasks and Duties**:

- Organize/plan/setup/manage various types of meetings, work lunches, and corporate events.
- Take meeting minutes for executive management, as required.
- Assist the project management office as required, including obtaining files from the electronic project document filing system for the internal team.
- Assist in the development of various presentations and reporting materials.
- Assist in the marketing and public relations, including ordering promotional materials and supplies.
- Initiate and maintain communications with project partners, customers and stakeholders to facilitate activities related to corporate services and projects.
- Support accounts payables processing in the occasional absence of the finance team.
- Other duties as required.

**MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 4+ years of experience in a corporate support, office administration, or commercial operations role
- Proven experience in managing contract documentation, document control, and ensuring compliance with commercial project requirements
- Strong ability to multitask, manage office supplies and assets, and coordinate administrative duties while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software tools
- Polished verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

**LIKE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Document control experience
- Project administration experience
- Previous experience using Netsuite or comparable ERP system

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
