Position - ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME
- Calendar and task management (company and property level)
- Assisting with coordinating customer correspondence and requests
- Bookkeeping support (no previous experience required)
- File management
- Office management support
- Assist in the preparation of market materials and social media management
- Organize property related storage rooms and equipment
- Assist with day-to-day company operations
- Market data collection

This position will report directly to the founders of the company.

EXPERIENCE

1-3 years in an applicable role is preferred, however, we will consider a new graduate out of a related program.
