**How You’ll Make an Impact**

The Adminstrative Assistant will coordinate and perform a variety of confidential and complex administrative duties and projects to support the Canadian business, the General Manager and DIY Manager. Researches a wide variety of information requests and prepares and analyzes various reports, drawing from a variety of sources/resources within the Canadian and US offices.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

- Provides administrative support to the Canadian General Manager and DIY Manager
- Generate, maintain, and distribute daily and monthly sales, month end profit reports. Review reports such as open and unbilled orders, cost of sales to ensure pricing accuracy, etc.
- Review and resolve issues with monthly DZ, shipped not billed and unbilled orders reports. Update cost deck and OLP spreadsheets. Maintain EHC by province and ensure new materials are set-up properly in SAP with Master Data.
- Set-up vendors, enter PO requisitions, submit, and code invoices. Troubleshoot generate reports and train as needed on SNAP
- DIY business support, with ecommerce new product onboarding and product catalog management, manage weekly retail pricing and flyers across retail channels, as required working with CSR(s) to investigate and resolve client credit claims.
- Cross trained to support and back up Inside Sales and DIFM Admin Assistant

**What You’ll Need**- Associate degree or a combination of experience and education
- 3+ years of administrative support or related experience
- Bilingual (English / French) preferred
- Strong Microsfot Office skills, ability to work in Excel manipulating a rich data set
- Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, RetailLink, SPS preferred
- Detail oriented, manage day to day details of multiple projects to ensure tasks are being completed on time, on budget and in the most efficient manner
- Results and Deadline Driven, create a high sense of urgency amongst teams to achieve and exceed stated objectives
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Professional communication skills, written and verbal
