**Job Description**:
Assist the Manager, Operations with both physical and administrative duties, and provide ongoing organizational support with respect to filing, purchasing, reporting and inventory control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source and purchase products to maintain inventory levels as required by the Computerized Inventory Control
- Processing paperwork with respect to purchasing, including invoices and related purchase orders
- Assist in preparing all monthly reports related to purchasing i.e. trend analysis, accrual reports, tenant monthly billing, monthly P-Card coding, etc.
- Maintain the inventory room and warehouse through regular physical inventory to ensure accurate records and to aid in the forecasting of re-order timeframes
- Coordinate tenant purchases and complete necessary charge back protocols
- filing, record keeping and reporting as required
- Receive and document new inventory ensuring delivery matches purchase orders issued
- Prepare and ship orders as required
- Maintain Inventory and warehouse in a clean and organized state

QUALIFICATIONS

SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Minimum 2 years office administration experience preferably in a commercial environment
- Basic Excel, Word, Adobe, Docusign and Angus work order system
- Basic accounting fundamentals an asset
- Ability to author and edit reports providing the department with accurate details relating to specific and pertinent topics and issues
- Valid Ontario’s Driver’s License with clean record

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:

- Completion of a Post-Secondary education is preferred
