We are currently looking for a highly organized, responsible, and knowledgeable Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role will primarily be responsible for the billing of services and accounting of funds received.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare billing of concrete services provided.
- Review purchase orders on multiple vendor platforms, requesting revisions as needed.
- Prepare and generate daily invoices ensuring accuracy while following customer billing requirements and corresponding price quotes.
- Assist in resolving billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes by communicating with customers or other team members.
- Prepare and send monthly statements.
- Prepare various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables.
- Assist in monthly balancing of AR closing.
- Make daily collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Process customer credit card transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years prior experience.
- Degree or diploma in accounting (preferred).
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.

**Hours of Work**:
8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday (in office)
