Our NAPA Distribution Center is looking for a Customer Service Agent._**
**_ UAP offers a range of benefits and advantages such as an insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund and much more_**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Help customers place, verify and track orders with suppliers.
- Give return merchandise authorizations to the DC and request return authorizations from suppliers as needed for direct returns.
- Carry out any other related tasks requested by the manager such as memo of policy changes or messages announcing a change.
**Qualifications**
**_
To join our team, you will need among other things:_**
- Bilingualism, French and English, (spoken and written) because as part of your duties, you will have to collaborate frequently with internal clients across Canada.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
- College diploma (preferred) combined with 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Assets: Speed and accuracy in data entry and knowledge of AS400
