- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client-facing consultations.
- Excellent people management, teamwork, and organizational skills.

People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations menu of services such as performance enablement, performance management, team/manager/leader effectiveness, reorganizations, career development/mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation, benefits and wellbeing, and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes by reviewing relevant data and connecting the dots across multiple experiences. Recommend and advance long-term, scalable solutions to improve HR policies, people processes, and gaps.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Google HR, local/market legal, and regulatory policies, along with the People Operations (POps) menu of services. Navigate the POps and Google ecosystems to effectively support Googlers, managers, and leaders.
