As a member of our Benefits and HR consulting team, you’ll help our clients -- employers of all sizes, across all industries to build workplaces that work better. Our Benefits Consultants are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. This is delivered by consulting with clients in the area of employee benefits. Are you passionate about helping clients manage risk, cost and facilitate an equitable and engaged workforce?

Participating in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.Developing a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and account expansion.Introducing Gallagher’s full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships assisting, educating and mentoring other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting industry is ideal.A real passion for building relationships and collaborating toward success.
