- **We are pleased to offer the Full-Time Permanent position of Invoice Administrator.**_

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Request Purchase Order and Release numbers
- Update Vale BPO tracking sheet
- File release numbers, invoice copies and other documents
- Manage item number binders and blanket purchase order (BPO) binders
- Give out item numbers for certain jobs
- Update database information to keep information current
- Impute and work with Detailed Cost Ledgers in Jonas accounting software
- Communicate with project leaders regarding job progress
- Support for answering incoming calls when receptionist is away/busy
- Gather/sort documents and related information
- Use Microsoft Outlook software to communicate with customers and employees
- Receiving/placing phone calls
- Faxing, copying and scanning documents
- Creating documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Contributing a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Ensure invoices are issued promptly and deliverables in contracts are attached

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Industrial, Mining, Commercial familiarity
- Experience with invoicing or related field
- Experience with Accounting Management software (Jonas) an asset
- Exceptional computer skills
- General math skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Well organized, detail oriented and efficient
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationship with customers
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- **Work Conditions**:

- Office work (sitting at desk/working on computer for long periods of time)
- At times it may be necessary to work outside of the regular work day in order to complete their duties.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
