We are looking to add a qualified **HR Administrator** with a minimum of 1 year experience.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Organize the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain employee records
- Administer group benefits
- Update employee contracts
- Provide support to employees concerning work-related issues
- Process and maintain payroll
- Keep up-to-date on best practices
- Other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of applicable employment law
- Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge a strong asset
- Previous payroll experience
- Automotive administration experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Verbal and Written Communication skills in English. French is an asset.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Ability to work well with others
