Senior Corporate Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join our team at TAG HR in Ottawa. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires a skilled professional to manage corporate filings, share transfers, director/officer changes, and more.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include handling corporate filings, share issuances, and transfers efficiently, maintaining minute books and managing pre/post-closing updates, supporting corporate transactions like amalgamations and continuances, and assisting in the establishment and maintenance of ESOP plans, including grants and exercises.
Key Responsibilities- Handle corporate filings, share issuances, and transfers with high accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain minute books and manage pre/post-closing updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support corporate transactions such as amalgamations and continuances, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of ESOP plans, including grants and exercises, to ensure optimal employee benefits
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk, with expertise in Ontario and Canadian corporations
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat (building and manipulating PDFs) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, team-focused, and strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
