Our aim is to deliver an education program with continued support from parents and our community. We are dedicated to the personal and academic development of our students as contributing members of society. At R. F. Staples, located in Westlock, Alberta, approximately 90 km northwest of Edmonton, our vision is that all students will gain the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be dedicated, self-reliant, responsible, contributing members of society.
The Position
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Superior organizational skills
- Quick learner willing to ask questions
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Flexible and able to deal effectively with ongoing tasks
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to establish priorities
- Computer and technology skills in programs such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Acrobat, PASI and PowerSchool
- Able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality
- Able to work independently
- High School diploma or equivalent

There are inherent risks in the work employees do throughout Pembina Hills School Division (PHSD). All staff are to be prepared to satisfactorily manage the inherent risks encountered in their work.
