About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alpine Infotech.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage calendars, and perform other administrative duties as required.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including dental plan and on-site amenities.

Our office is located in a convenient location, with free parking available.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
  2. Provide basic information to clients and the public over the phone or in person.
  3. Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  4. Schedule appointments and meetings, both internal and external.
  5. Prepare and send invoices, as well as track payments.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  7. Perform data entry, including updating spreadsheets and databases.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and managing expenses.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
