Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Greet visitors and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

Office Operations:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Meeting and Event Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and special events.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
Arrange logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.

Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external contacts.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
