**Job description**

**Job responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Assist the Manager in completing the to-do list quickly and accurately.
- Have problem-solving skills and think from the perspective of corporate interests.
- Able to maintain the forum platform.
- Daily and timely reporting on the progress of things.
- Do things quickly and carefully without procrastination.
- Provide 3 potential solutions whenever you report a problem.
- Operates office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopiers, voice mail messaging systems and computer scanning equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings as needed.
- Support preparation of client deliverables initiate preparation of related documentation, and review for completeness and accuracy prior to release to meet identified standards
- Prepare for tradeshows, workshops and coordinate travel itineraries
- Assist with planning and executing projects, including product launches
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is well maintained
- Cleaned computers inside and out, kept work environment neat, clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree in accounting is preferred
- Mandarin language ability is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding executive force

- Self-solving ability
- Good attitude facing pressure
- The education industry's experience is preferred
- Steady, humble and sober characteristic is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven editing and proof-reading skills; focused on accuracy with great attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues based on relative importance and urgency, with limited supervision
- Marketing and Sales experience are preferred.
- Speak to the point.
- Be results oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to do market research.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
