We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our management team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create sales invoices as requested by management/operations team
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- GST and PST Remittances
- Keep track of and create progress billing reports
- Confirm employee hours and job materials correspond with the internal tracking workbook
- Generate transactions in the accounting system as directed
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R2W 4J6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
