Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Winnipeg, Canada P4 Electrical Contractors Ltd Full time

Overall responsibilities with this position will include:
Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions using Jonas Software which includes: A/R, A/P, Payroll etc

Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements

Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results

Assist in company strategy, direction and implementation

Cash flow planning & company performance measures

Participate in key decisions with management team to facilitate growth and day-to-day operations

Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal and insurance standards

Human resource administration

Developing and retaining skilled administration staff as required

Here are the minimum qualifications required for this position:
5 years of bookkeeping experience

1 year of management experience

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

High attention to detail and organization

Self starter and motivated

Electrical industry or construction knowledge would be an asset
