**What you'll do**
- Identification of root cause and resolution of any incidents reported by the monitoring systems and end users. Analyze data inaccuracies and identify risks of changes to the environment.
- Develop the monitoring requirements to meet service level agreements specifications to be implemented as part of project delivery phase.
- Maintain documentation and provide training for other system support analysts. This process includes maintaining a knowledgebase and quick books to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support/development environment
- Excellent ability to liaise with Business users
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capacity
- Able to work under pressure to meet strict timelines
- Able to learn fast, maintain documentation and deliver training to others
- Strong technical skills troubleshooting and correlating information

**What you bring**
- College or University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- SQL Server experience, Windows SQL Management Studio and ability to write SQL Server Queries & scripts (2+ years).
- Web server experience - Microsoft IIS, IBM HTTP, Apache, certificate installation is an asset.
- Experience in AIX, Linux or UNIX system administration preferred.
- Experience in UNIX/Linux shell scripting (bash, ksh,) and PowerShell
- Oracle database experience and ability to write SQL Queries & scripts (1+ years).
- Experience with the following technologies would be an asset: Ansible, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Rundeck, GitHub, ADO
- Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, Helm
