We are a growing CPA firm with 2 offices located in Richmond. We offer professional services to private enterprises in accounting, assurance, tax and advisory. We are seeking a full-time front desk/administrative assistant to join our team. Working with administrative coordinator, you are responsible for providing outstanding services both in-person and over the phone to our clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Answer and re-direct incoming phone calls
- Handle outgoing couriers
- Greet clients and visitors
- Communicate with government agencies
- Manage appointments and coordinate meetings
- Organize clients’ documents and records
- Manage filing system
- Provide assistance in administrative duties
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping

**Our requirements**:

- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills
- Can multi-engagements and able to prioritize tasks
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a significant asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Do you speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin (preferred)
