Controlled Logistics is a global logistics firm tailored to meet all your shipping needs, whether by rail, road, or sea.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate and close deals that promote sustained revenue growth
- Utilize our CRM software, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure the execution is successful
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Transportation or logistics sales experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
