**Job description**

JCI Filtration and Separation Ltd (JCI) is a Canadian-owned distribution and manufacturing organization providing complete filtration products and solutions for industrial and commercial clients since 2004. JCI currently services the oil & gas, manufacturing, and chemical industries.

We have a new opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented **Technical Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. We are seeking a team player preferably with experience in filtration, Oil and Gas (Operations) sales who enjoys a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in the branch, focusing on sales, administration, and servicing walk-in customer with product sales.

We are looking for an organized individual who is a self-starter, focused on maintaining customer and vendor relationship.
- Follow up and complete RFQ/RFP
- Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders.
- Actively monitor material organization, stocking levels, & accuracy and organization in warehouse
- Create shipping labels, shipping documents, and purchase orders

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adept at prioritizing, managing time effectively and problem solving
- Able to deal with changes, delays, or unexpected events in a professional & timely manner
- Attention to detail is a must
- Working understanding and use of Microsoft 365
- Ability to lift 50 lbs a must
- Prior Forklift Operator experience is a asset
- Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry
