**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Utilize data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs for employees.
- Leverage Workday or similar HR systems to streamline HR operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources management.
- Provide administrative support related to employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior HR role or similar position with a focus on people management and culture development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in change management processes within an organization.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR technology platforms such as Workday for operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of HR sourcing techniques, interviewing best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent data collection skills with the ability to analyze metrics for informed decision-making.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of human resources management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,713.94-$114,571.32 per year
