Are you passionate about providing customer service that exceeds client expectations? Are you comfortable in a fast-paced retail clinic environment, and looking for an opportunity to make a difference? If so, a career at Connect Hearing as a Hearing Care Admin Assistant may be right for you- Our Oak Bay clinic team is actively seeking an independent self-starter to own the end-to-end client experience.**Reporting Relationship**: You will be a key member of the in-clinic Retail Team, reporting directly to the Regional Clinic Manager.- At a high level, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every turn
- Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
- Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs
