- Organize and update our HR metrics, maintaining all reports and ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.
- Facilitate vibrant town hall gatherings, fostering transparency and unity within our team.
- Collect and organize feedback through new hire surveys and probation period reviews, continuously improving our processes and experiences.
- Curate a knowledge hub on our HR Intranet, empowering our team with resources and information to thrive.
- Keep our operations running smoothly by managing HR inboxes, coordinating office supplies, and handling invoices and budget transfers.
- Act as a member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee, ensuring our team members are working in a safe environment

- Completion of post-secondary education in a Human Resources related discipline
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar function
