We are a dynamic and growing retail company with a strong commitment to creating a positive work environment for our team. We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator & HR Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success by managing key HR functions and driving employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Responsible for all phases of recruitment including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Analysis employee performance data.
Process all phases of employee leaving.
Maintain thorough knowledge of labor legislation and ensure compliance.
Track employee development, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement strategies for enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Fluent in English and Mandarin. (Require)
Strong knowledge of Canadian labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
