**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience working in different disciplines of HR
- Post secondary education in HR/and or business
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of HR research, development and strategy
- Experience in process improvement
- Proficiency in graphics design and advanced MS Office suite skills
**Day in the life**:
- In this role, you will be involved in different HR projects of varying sizes and complexity. Your role as a change champion will be important in ensuring that these projects are implemented successfully by promoting and encouraging a positive culture of change within the organization. A big part of your day will be focused on keeping track of projects by documenting important information. This includes maintaining accurate records of project details like schedules, meetings, and important documents. You will also spend time researching and analyzing the latest HR trends and practices, as well as keeping up with any changes in laws and regulations. This is important to make sure the organization is following the rules and can suggest any necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
- You will also be responsible for helping with HR reporting and analytics. This means you will prepare HR metrics and reports when necessary, which will provide valuable insights into how the HR function is performing. These insights will enable the team to make informed decisions and transforming the HR function, leveraging it’s full potential to support the organization.
- At the forefront of HR innovation, you would continuously stay informed of the latest HR technologies and tools that can uncover solutions to simplify and streamline HR process, improve data management, and improve HR’s overall efficiency.
