_Term Position - 6 months full time covering a mat leave with opportunity for ongoing part time_

This position is 95% remote 5% in person.
- **Core Responsibilities/Position Overview**:_

**Customer Service**
- Schedule appointments with clients and sales team
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain TNT Tree’s high standard of professionalism in your dealings with staff and clients

**Administrative duties**
- Accurately enter and record job data in the TNT Tree CRM software.
- Invoice completed work, record payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Coordinate with Sales and Production to ensure efficient work flow.
- Coordinate with outside agencies (Hydro, Call Before You Dig, etc.) as required
- Record timesheet data accurately
- Completion of any other tasks as required within the parameters of typical administrative work.

- Time management
- Microsoft word or Google Docs (Excel and Google Sheets an asset)
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Communication skills required
- Ability to read and type proficiently (on average 60 WPM)
- Experience with all facets of customer service
- Effective with oral and written communication
- Prompt and proactive with estimate requests and inquiries
- Capable of handling and diffusing high stress situations
- Accuracy and attention to detail necessary, mínimal to no errors in collecting customer information and job details a must
- The ability to organize and coordinate tasks in a timely manner
- CRM experience (any) and familiarity with collecting information an asset
- Ability to effectively work independently and keep on track with daily/weekly tasks as required necessary

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for long periods at a time in front of a computer

**Experience**:

- 2+ Years in administrative assistance preferred.
- Remote work from home, ability to work independently and consistently required.
- 1+ year customer service experience required.
- **Training will be provided in use of our CRM and general field of work.**_

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent required
- Administrative Assistant certification an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $865.38 per week

**Benefits**:
